Whether you’re just getting started on your journey, or you’re already on your way, we’ve got just the thing for you.
Sliding Scale Fee
Because gender-affirming healthcare should be available to all patients and families, regardless of their ability to pay, our fees are based on a sliding scale. If you are struggling financially, please reach out.
Which rate is right for you?-
This is likely your rate if you…
have access to a savings account.
have no debt or a little debt, but rarely stress about meeting your basic financial needs.
have the ability to spend money on fun things like coffee at a shop, or go to the movies or a concert.
buy things new.
can afford to take a trip or time off from your job.
If this sounds like you, choose the Sustaining Rate.
-
This is likely your rate if you…
are employed.
have stable housing.
have access to or maybe even own a vehicle.
can mostly meet your financial needs, although you may stress about it.
may have some debt, but it doesn’t prohibit you from meeting your needs.
You can take a vacation annually or every few years.
If this sounds like you, choose the Standard Rate.
-
This is likely your rate if you…
stress about meeting your financial obligations and sometimes are unable to attain them.
may be unemployed or under-employed, and living in a lower-end property or have unstable housing.
may own or have limited access to a car, but cannot always afford gas.
rarely buy new items, or take a vacation because of the financial burden.
If this sounds like you, choose the Supported Rate.

A Supportive Space to Ask Questions
A membership to Gender-Affirming Care gives teens a safe, supportive space to explore who they are with guidance from a doctor. It also provides consistent access to personalized care, helping them build confidence and feel seen every step of the way.
Why Choose Common Ground?
Expert Care
Dr. Erin has been practicing pediatrics for 8 years, providing gender-affirming care throughout that time. They recently finished a fellowship at UW-Madison in LGBTQ+ health, fighting for ongoing access to life-saving care.
Personalized Approach
We believe in a personalized approach to healthcare, taking the time to listen to your concerns and develop a customized treatment plan that meets your unique needs. Every family’s journey is different, and our prolonged appointment times provide more time to get questions answered and discuss ongoing resources.
Accessible Services
Our comprehensive range of services makes it easy to access care from the safety of your own home. We continue to strive to be as accessible for families while promoting safety, privacy, and autonomy.
